Nick Belfitt, Parliamentary Candidate for the Liberal Democrats in Broxbourne

We are excited to announce Nick Belfitt as our parliamentary candidate for Broxbourne. Nick has been a resident of the area for the past four years, working locally as a full-time secondary school teacher. As a young parent with a deep commitment to the community, Nick understands the challenges that many families face, from the rising cost of living to the difficulties in accessing healthcare and social care. His dedication to being a strong local representative makes him an ideal candidate to advocate for our area.

 Nick's message:

"I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity to represent our community. Voters across Broxbourne are frustrated with a government that has repeatedly broken its promises.

It’s time for a change, and I am honoured to stand for Parliament to bring that change. If elected, I will be a dedicated local representative committed to keeping our area a wonderful place to live. As someone who has called Hertfordshire home for many years, I understand the issues we face. As a young parent, I am deeply concerned about the environment my children will grow up in. One of my key priorities will be keeping pollution out of our waterways and ensuring robust support for childcare services. Additionally, I will focus on addressing the pressing issues in health and social care in the Broxbourne area. I promise to be a visible and active advocate for our community, ensuring that our neighbourhoods remain safe, our public spaces are well-maintained, and our local services are supported."

Thank you,

Nick Belfitt
